Applying to ULMSP is a three stage process, 1) Primary Application, 2) Secondary Application and 3) In-Person Interviews.
1) Primary Application
During the Primary Application phase, which runs from October 17, 2022 - December 16, 2022, you will be asked to provide qualifying background information related to your eligibility. Additionally, you will be asked to answer a question about your professional goals and motivations for applying to the program. During the primary application process, staff and alumni team will continuously review applications. If you meet all the eligibility criteria you will be invited to complete the secondary application.
2) Secondary Application
Eligible candidates will be invited via e-mail during the week of January 16, 2023 to complete the Secondary Application. The email will contain a link to the online application form, along with directions for document submission.
A completed secondary application consists of our receipt of all of the following by the deadline:
1) A completed Online Application
2) Two letters of recommendation sent by your references
3) Current official community college transcript
4) Unofficial (copy is okay) high school transcript.
The deadline to submit and for the ULMSP Team to be in receipt of the above application elements is March 17, 2023. Please read the FAQs to help you better understand each of the required elements of the application.

3) Panel Interview
Applicants who meet the program criteria will be invited panel interview conducted by program alumni and staff .
Applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:

- GPA and progress towards completing community college curriculum
- Extracurricular activities: volunteer and community service, participation in developmental programs, and leadership positions held, work experience
